Once the payment is made a confirmation notice will be sent to you via email.

We ship exclusively by courier direct to your door. Our courier will be in touch with you to schedule the delivery at your best convenience. We deliver Monday to Saturday not including public holidays.

We don’t deliver to PO boxes. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed deliveries caused by incomplete address or missing phone number. If the wrong address and wrong telephone number is provided, we won’t refund the shipping charge.

Shipping within the U.A.E.

• We commit to deliver in 2-3 days. If you order by 2pm on the DAY 1 you will receive your parcel next day (DAY 2) by the end of that day. All the orders received after 2pm DAY 1 will dispatched on the DAY 2 and delivered to you on the DAY 3 by the end of that day,
• The delivery charge is 27 AED,
• Free size exchange or full refund option. Please check the full return policy.
• DELIVERY DURING THE WEEKEND: If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on Monday and delivered to you on Tuesday by the end of the day.
• DELIVERY DURING RAMADAN: Cut off time for next day deliveries is 11pm. If you order by 11 am on the DAY 1 you will receive your parcel next day (DAY 2). All orders placed after 11 pm will be dispatched on the DAY 2 delivered to you on the DAY 3 by the end of that day.

• All orders till 8th April , 12pm will be fulfilled and delivered next day on the 9th Of April, End of the day
• Orders received between 8th April, 12pm and 13th April, 2pm will be delivered on 15th April 2024
