Returns Policy
GoBarefoot specialises in children’s leather shoes, and the quality of all of our shoes is guaranteed. All of our shoes are carefully selected to insure the highest quality. Each of our manufacturer is focused on every detail from the raw materials used, right through to the design and finishing to achieve a product of the highest quality.
Faulty Items
We want you to be completely satisfied, if you believe there is a fault with your shoes we want to hear about it. It is important to note that our products are handmade and therefore will they appear uneven in color, size, shape and finish. If you believe there is a fault please drop us a note to [email protected] within 5 working days from the date you received your order and include a picture of the issue. Please don’t alter the faulty items by trying to fix them.
Cancelation
Our aim is to dispatch from our warehouse to your address within only few hours. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your purchase for any reason you must do so within 2 hours from the time the purchase was made.
In this case a refund will be made back to the payment solution used in your purchase.
To cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject ‘Cancelation’ and include the order number from your confirmation email. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Exchanges
We understand the challenge of purchasing kids’ or adult shoes online and therefore we created a detailed guide to ensure that the size is correct. Please do take note of the size guides listed on every product or go to https://gobarefoot.ae/sizing/.
At GoBarefoot, we are proud to offer excellent customer care and we are always happy to assist with sizing enquiries to help you get the best fit before the purchase. If you need assistance, please contact us.
We understand that there will be cases when an exchange will be necessary in order to provide yours feet or your child feet with the perfect fit. You can request ONE FREE exchange within 5 working days from the day of delivery.
The free exchange shoes policy applies to the following cases:
- The product arrives in a damaged condition
- Issues with the size or shape of the shoe
- Issues with the not fitting design
Any other reason for exchange will be carefully assessed on an individual basis.
No exchange of the shoes can be made in physical stores once the shoes were purchased online or vice versa.
Making an Exchange
- Send email to [email protected] with a subject “Exchange” and include the order number from your confirmation email.
- In case the requested size is not in stock you may choose the new size from a different available design in our store or we can order from the manufacturer but this may take up to four-six weeks.
- Delivery of the size exchange will be made according to our original delivery policies if the new size is in stock.
- You will be contacted by our courier as per our original delivery policies once the exchange is agreed.
- The courier will collect the unwanted item and will replace it with the new size.
- The exchange of the item according to this process will be free of charge.
- The shoes must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original box.
Special Promotions and Sales
- ALL ITEMS MARKED AS SALE are eligible only for a Refund (excluding the shipping cost) . The Customer must contact us by email [email protected] within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Return/Refund
In case you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will try firstly to help you to find a better fit within our barefoot shoe portfolio. It really matters to us that every single customer leaves our shop 100% happy and with perfectly fitting shoes.
If despite all our efforts exchange option fails we are happy to offer you a refund of the shoes (without shipping cost 27AED) within 5 working days from the day of delivery. Please make sure the shoes are in perfect unworn condition and in original packaging.
After the shoes are received by our fullfilment and pass the quality check standards we will trigger the refund in our payment gateway. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer from the payment gateway side to your account.
For deliveries outside of the UAE:
We do not provide refunds or exchange service outside of the UAE. Kindly contact us for more info if necessary.
